Marketing Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst, Marketing to ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with second line marketing reviews and compliance assessments

Review marketing materials for compliance with state and federal regulations

Support the development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications :

College degree or equivalent experience

Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification preferred

6+ years of experience in bank compliance or audit

Familiarity with banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
