About the Role :

As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive, youll manage a book of personal insurance clientsproviding expert advice, handling renewals, and ensuring each client receives top-tier service. You'll work with auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies, helping clients find the right coverage for their needs.

What Youll Do :

• Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients
• Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on clients unique needs
• Process renewals, endorsements, and claims with accuracy and care
• Negotiate with carriers to secure the best terms and pricing
• Stay current on industry trends and compliance regulations
• Hit or exceed performance goals, including retention and growth metrics
