Credentialing Project Lead

A company is looking for a Credentialing and Licensing Integration Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects to enhance process efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance within the Credentialing and Licensing Department

Develop, implement, and monitor the department's Monthly QA Program to maintain quality and compliance standards

Prepare and present KPI and Quality Reports with performance analysis and actionable insights

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in credentialing, licensing, or medical staff services

Experience with The Joint Commission and NCQA accreditation standards required

Credentialing certification (CPCS and / or CPMSM) required

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
