Senior Audit Manager- Consumer Lending

Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Audit Senior Manager who will assist in the development and execution of the audit plans for assurance coverage related to consumer lending, primarily related to credit cards and also includes auto finance, and will work closely with members of the technology, compliance, and analytics audit teams who support key audit projects. Each audit assignment enables the Audit Senior Manager to demonstrate business, technical and industry knowledge while assessing business risks, identifying key controls, and performing risk-based testing. The Audit Senior Manager will be responsible for maintaining all organizational and professional ethical standards. As part of the broader Audit team, the candidate will also lead or contribute to other audits as determined through audit planning processes.

This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Fridays are enterprise-wide virtual work days. Monday - Thursday are designated in-person days available for associates to spend time working together.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Charlotte, NC : $155,300 - $177,200 for Audit Sr. Manager
Chicago, IL : $155,300 - $177,200 for Audit Sr. Manager
McLean, VA : $170,800 - $194,900 for Audit Sr. Manager
New York, NY : $186,300 - $212,700 for Audit Sr. Manager
Plano, TX : $155,300 - $177,200 for Audit Sr. Manager
Richmond, VA : $155,300 - $177,200 for Audit Sr. Manager
Riverwoods, IL : $155,300 - $177,200 for Audit Sr. Manager
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
