Who You Are:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Janitor for our resident facilities. This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationship with staff and residents. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, the Janitor is primarily responsible for the daily cleaning and appearance of the common and non-residential areas of the facility. Periodic project work may be included in the duties of this position. Also, may be required to assist with move-in preparation, moving furniture, appliances, and other items deemed necessary.
