An engineering firm that has been in business for decades is hiring a Structural Engineering Manager for their Orlando team!

Responsibilities :

• Provide Project Managers with the resources needed to complete projects
• Create work plans / estimates for specific disciplines
• Ensure work product meets client requirements and company standards
• Provide engineering / technical support
• Execute company QA / QC process for structural engineering discipline
• Ensure proper staffing levels / department utilization
• Manage staff resources including annual reviews, timesheets and expense report approvals
• Assist Human Resources on recruitment and training efforts
• Assist with business development activities including preparing presentations
• Participate in various trade organizations

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
