LICENSED PLUMBER - CREW LEAD

Location : North Carolina (frequent in-state and out-of-state travel)

Lead crews, work hands-on, and see your projects come to life! We’re looking for a Licensed Plumber to manage water heater installation crews across North Carolina and neighboring states. This is a leadership role with real impact—you’ll guide crews, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure every project is completed safely and on time.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and manage multiple water heater installation crews.
• Train, support, and work alongside technicians on-site.
• Schedule and coordinate projects in NC and out-of-state locations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment for smooth operations.
