Schiller & Hamilton helps individuals and businesses overcome financial challenges with skill, compassion, and integrity. We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our statewide team.

Responsibilities

Advise and represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
Prepare and file petitions, schedules, and motions.
Represent clients in court hearings and creditor meetings.
Negotiate with trustees and creditors.
Manage cases and maintain client communication.

Qualifications

JD and active license to practice in SC and / or NC.

2+ years of bankruptcy law experience.

Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.

Client-focused with strong professional ethics.

Base Pay : $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
