As a dedicated RN Med-Surg , you'll be at the heart of our patient-centered approach. From surgical recovery to intricate post-surgical conditions, our patients will lean on your expertise for exceptional care.

Role Responsibilities :

• Champion patient and family-focused nursing care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad for top-notch patient care planning.
• Use advanced tech tools for documentation, ensuring seamless communication.
• Lead patient discharge initiatives, in-sync with the healthcare dream team.

Key Qualifications :

Education : Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN is a plus!).

Licensure : Active RN License in Virginia or a Current Multistate Compact License.

Certifications : BLS or BCLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Experience : 1 year in a med-surgical setting at an acute care hospital (ideal but not mandatory). Open to candidates with long-term acute care or skilled nursing experience.

Shift Details : Full-time (Day & Night shifts). Yes, weekends rotate in!
