A company is looking for a Referrals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the registration and screening process for patients seeking Medication Management, Psychotherapy, and TMS therapy

Document patient demographic and health information accurately in the electronic health record system

Schedule appointments based on intake assessments and provider matrix while verifying patient eligibility and insurance benefits

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate's degree in Health Administration or related field preferred

One year of customer service or call center experience required

Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance, or medical billing preferred
