The Role :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analytics Manager with 10+ years of experience in sales analytics and inventory planning to manage POS, inventory, and license content reporting. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Planning, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to turn data into strategy, optimize inventory, and drive sales growth.

Duties :

• Analyze POS trends and inventory to make proactive recommendations that maximize sales and minimize overstock.
• Manage and deliver weekly / monthly reports on sales, forecasts, and inventory for internal teams and retail partners.
• Partner with Planning and Sales teams to improve forecast accuracy and secure additional orders.
• Support e-commerce channels (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.) with reporting, insights, and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor a Sr. Business Analyst and help build analytical capabilities across the team.
• Use historical data and trends to identify risks, forecast demand, and support buying decisions.
• Collaborate with IT on new system implementations and process automation.
