A K-12 school in Reading, PA, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 4, 2026.
The primary responsibility involves providing one-on-one support to a 5th grade male student with behavioral challenges. The role includes performing essential RBT duties to support the students development and behavioral progress. Candidates should be fortable working independently, as BCBA supervision is not provided on-site. However, virtual BCBA supervision can be arranged if needed, or candidates may provide their own supervision.
