Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Reading, PA, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 4, 2026.

The primary responsibility involves providing one-on-one support to a 5th grade male student with behavioral challenges. The role includes performing essential RBT duties to support the students development and behavioral progress. Candidates should be fortable working independently, as BCBA supervision is not provided on-site. However, virtual BCBA supervision can be arranged if needed, or candidates may provide their own supervision.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with school-age children, preferably within a K-12 setting
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and support positive behavior change
• Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and support staff
• Capacity to work independently and manage responsibilities without direct on-site BCBA supervision
