- Own and execute marketing campaigns across all channels : SEO / SEM, social, email, content, ads & more
- Launch innovative strategies that supercharge brand visibility and generate leads
- Partner with our creative, operations, and club teams to craft compelling content and experiences
- Develop and manage data-driven campaigns that crush performance goals
- Optimize landing pages, A / B test concepts, and keep a sharp eye on trends and insights
- Visit clubs regularly to capture authentic content (photos, videos, testimonials)
- Analyze results, report on metrics, and adapt strategies for continuous growth
- Manage budgets smartly and outmaneuver competitors with creative flair

2–5 years of digital marketing experience with proven, measurable successA creative mindset with the skills to engage and convert audiencesExpertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and content creationProficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, HTML / CSS, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with lead management, A / B testing, and email campaignsStrong understanding of mobile and web platforms – you\'re tech-savvy and data-hungryPositive attitude, a team-first mentality, and a relentless drive to winAdditional Requirements
