Work Dates Needed : 12 / 1 / 25 - 5 / 31 / 26 base period, with additional dates 6 / 1 / 25 - 10 / 30 / 26, 11 / 1 / 26-4 / 30 / 24, 5 / 1 / 27-10 / 30 / 27, 11 / 1 / 27-4 / 30 / 28 Preferred Schedule : 8a - 4 : 30p M-F, On call hrs 10 days a month, two (2) which will occur over a weekend. ( On call is 4 : 30 p - 8a weeknights, 8a Sat to 8a Sun on weekends and / or 8a Sun to 8a Mon) number of days on call depends on staffing level ) Worksite Setting : VA Medical Center Scope of Work : Provide Board Cert / Board Eligible Urology Physician services onsite to beneficiaries of the Dept of Veteran's Affairs Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : BC / BE by Ameri Bd Urology (ABU); BLS; ACLS; DEA EMR : VHA CPRS system
