Advertising Operations Manager (Marketing & Communications)

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an dvertising Operations Manager (Marketing & Communications) for a contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance services clients in New York, NY .

Responsibilities :

• Campaign Execution & Trafficking

Manage end-to-end setup, QA, and launch of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.

Serve as the internal expert on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations specific to financial services.

Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign trafficking, delivering of creative specs, landing page alignment and reporting workflows with a focus on compliance and audit readiness.

Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across all platforms.

Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all advertising meets regulatory standards
