Job Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Drive project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Operate as the primary on-site leader, enforcing safety standards, ICRA procedures, and quality control.
• Deliver healthcare construction projects (ground-up and renovations) that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Run site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Create solutions to resolve field challenges quickly and effectively, minimizing delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
