Duties

• Assist with project document control ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Assist in preparing cost proposals and change orders.
• Development of project budgets and buy-out / contracting of the work.
• Assist with project accounting functions including preparing Owner billings and reviewing / approving Subcontractor progress payments.
• Assist with controlling budgets and managing cost control throughout the life of the project.
• Assist with the submittal, RFI, and project documentation requirements.
• Develop and assist manage the CPM schedule.
• Assist project subcontractors including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring budget and cost, manage billings.
• Assist with the coordination of the project architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel.
