Position Overview :
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team. This part-time position will be in-center with the following schedule : T, W, Th from 2 : 30 PM to 6 PM.
As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior support plans and providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our center. Collaborating under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children reach their full potential by promoting positive behaviors and teaching essential life skills.
Job Responsibilities :
Implement behavior support plans and provide individualized ABA therapy.
Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
Conduct discrete trials and execute behavior support and treatment plans effectively.

RBT Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required.
Active RBT certification is mandatory.
Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
Demonstrated dependability, consistency, positive attitude, and reliability to ensure the child's success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
