Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base in the Kansas City, MO market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building long-term business relationships and has a passion for helping clients solve their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field outreach

Conduct in-person client meetings to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Collaborate with branch operations to ensure excellent service delivery

Track leads, sales activities, and performance using CRM tools

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications :

1-3 years of outside or B2B sales experience (staffing industry a plus)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to close sales and build client relationships

Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
