We are looking for an Operations Manager :

• Oversee day to day operations at New Jersey facility
• Includes plant, yard, maintenance & QC
• Understand projects, both short term and long term
• Prepare production forecasts
• Drive efficiency and reduce hours
• Reduce overtime
• Improve housekeeping
• Improve safety
• Control overall costs and P&L
• Hold employees accountable

In need of someone that is a go-getter and will drive change on the production floor.
