Senior Compliance Professional
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Senior Compliance Professional ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Compliance Professional role is responsible for ensuring the Clinical Operations department compliance with the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), National Committee of Quality Accreditation (NCQA), and local state Medicaid regulations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining letter templates for Medicare and D-SNP utilization management business areas. Letter templates are created in accordance with state and Federal requirements. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure determination tools are created accurately and efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to be successful in this role. In this role, you will make decisions on moderately complex issues regarding technical approach for assigned projects.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
