The Director of Undergraduate Admission leads and manages the recruitment and enrollment of undergraduate students, as well as select specialty and graduate programs at the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Reporting to the Senior Director for Admission and the Vice President of Strategic Enrollment and Retention, this role oversees a dedicated undergraduate admissions team, designs and implements a comprehensive recruitment strategy, and ensures the strategic use of Technolutions Slate to drive data-informed decisions and deliver personalized engagement.

Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management

• Hire, train, supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of the undergraduate admissions team.
• Foster a collaborative, mission-aligned, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual evaluations.

Other duties as assigned including but not limited to one or two recruitment territories or programs

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000
