What You'll Do : As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in both business development and recruiting activities. Your responsibilities will include :

• Sales Prospecting : Researching and targeting prospective clients to create opportunities for introducing our staffing solutions.
• New Business Development : Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Persuasion & Negotiation : Effectively communicating our services, and negotiating contract terms to secure new business.
• Full-Cycle Sales : Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match with client needs, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
