We are currently seeking a Senior Property Associate to join our Office property management team on-site in Campbell, CA.

Estimated hourly rate for this position : Compensation : $78,000 - $82,000 (hourly)

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business
• Participate in processing of A / P (accounts payable), reviewing and coding invoices for payment
• Participate in A / R (accounts receivable); preparing and distributing bills or statements, sending collection notices when appropriate, and preparing manual billing adjustments as needed.

As a Senior Property Associate at JLL, you will apply your property management experience to support our Office property management team by interacting with tenants, assisting with budgets and financial reports, reconciling A / R accounts and coding invoices, tracking certificates of insurance.
