Behavior Technician Job Duties

Provide personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients in diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

Collect data throughout sessions and document all activities with progress notes.

Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to nurture a culture of learning.

Create an engaging therapeutic environment that encourages growth and skill acquisition.

Behavior Technician Qualifications

Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR / First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

Maintain a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
