Requirements

We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and AI-driven business process automation to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions. You will work across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI to create intelligent, scalable automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365.

Architect AI-enabled business processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure AI Services.

Provide strategic technical governance and thought leadership across automation initiatives.

Identify automation opportunities through process assessments and develop documentation, feasibility analysis, and estimates.

Analyze and optimize business processes, recommending technology solutions to remove inefficiencies before automation.

Configure new automations using well-structured, scalable, and maintainable principles, following an API-First approach.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into effective automation solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and production; support UAT and deployment phases.

Contribute to the change management process and communicate risks and dependencies to project managers.

Guide teams on best practices, reusable components, and development standards across low-code and intelligent automation platforms.

Required Skills & Experience :

Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, AI Builder.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Finance modules).

Solid knowledge of Azure AI capabilities including Cognitive Services, LUIS, and OpenAI integrations.

Strong understanding of intelligent automation technologies including OCR, process mining, and RPA.

Ability to assess and redesign business processes for automation readiness.

Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying scalable, production-grade automation solutions.

Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management) principles.

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-500 (RPA Developer), or PL-600 (Solution Architect).

Experience in financial services domain for automation delivery.

Hands-on experience with other automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism , or Automation Anywhere .

Scripting or development experience in .NET, Python, or VBA .

Background in Lean Six Sigma , Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience creating detailed process definition and solution design documents.

Understanding of SDLC, documentation practices, test planning, and DevOps pipeline integration.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects.

Effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders and aligning teams.

Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal
