We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), previously branded as Finance & Operations (F&O), and a strong focus on overall D365 solution architecture and integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging their deep technical understanding of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules to optimize all modules within D365. This role will act as the strategic technical lead and trusted advisor, ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end ERP transformations aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
• Partner with stakeholders, including finance, operations, supply chain, and IT, to define functional and technical requirements.
• Provide hands-on leadership during project execution, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring quality delivery.
• Lead ERP enhancements, integration strategy, and legacy system decommissioning efforts.
• Assess and recommend ISV solutions, custom development needs, and third-party tools.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to solution architects, consultants, and developers.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and drive continuous improvement in system performance and capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft's product roadmap and recommend enhancements to ensure platform optimization and innovation.
