Senior Process Optimization Engineer - Protein Manufacturing

A leading top 4 U.S. poultry processor is seeking an experienced Process Optimization Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead lean manufacturing projects at our state-of-the-art facility. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities :

• Spearhead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production workflows
• Lead complex efficiency improvement projects and conduct detailed root cause analyses
• Design and implement automation solutions and process modifications
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
• Develop and maintain labor standards while optimizing production capacity
• Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Drive safety and ergonomic improvements across all initiatives
