Revit Designer

We are seeking a Revit Designer with 2-4 years of experience and a strong motivation to focus on electrical systems in commercial, health care, and critical infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical design, solid knowledge of design software, including Revit 3D modeling, and proficiency in design. Someone comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient at multitasking. Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for Commercial, Hospitals, and Mission-Critical Facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective electrical system solutions that meet client requirements.
• Utilize Revit to create accurate and detailed design plans and documentation.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to convey design concepts and project updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fire alarm system design.

Position

As an electrical designer or electrical design specialist, you will be an integral member of the project team, collaborating on diverse project types associated with the delivery of healthcare, mission-critical, science & technology, and education programs. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, has actual project experience with Revit, and is familiar with the commercial, mission-critical, and healthcare construction industries. The candidate is knowledgeable in materials and methods of construction, familiar with building types associated with healthcare architecture, and is familiar with formatting Revit-based construction documents. The candidate possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is self-motivated. They enjoy working closely with field foremen, designers, architects, and project managers.
