Civil Engineer (2–5 Years Experience) – Site Development

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid flexibility available)

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our collaborative and design-focused team. Our firm specializes in creating thoughtful, people-centered site development solutions for a wide range of project types, including adaptive reuse, mixed-use, commercial, residential, and public spaces. What You’ll Do :

Support project managers in developing civil site design plans for a variety of land development projects.

Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations to support stormwater management strategies.

Coordinate with municipalities and review agencies to support permitting efforts.

Assist in developing construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates.

Participate in occasional field visits and construction observation.

Collaborate closely with internal team members and external design partners.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

2–5 years of civil site design experience.

EIT certification required; Georgia PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with stormwater modeling tools (Hydraflow, PondPack, etc.) is a plus.

Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, utilities, and local permitting processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
