Job Summary : We seek motivated and experienced Account Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will nurture existing client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and evaluate client staffing needs and match them with available resources.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Attend networking and industry events to develop new business leads.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
