✅ Bachelor's in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

✅ 2+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing

✅ Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

✅ Knowledge of FMEA and quality improvement tools

✅ Ability to navigate 3D CAD models (SolidWorks a plus)

✅ Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis skills

✅ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

✅ ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification a plus
