ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Treasury Management Operations Analyst has an important role in supporting the Banks deposit growth initiatives. This position is responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Officer(s) and Development Specialist(s) with deposit account related aspects of the Bank with a primary focus in treasury management. The position will primarily provide support in the following areas : treasury management online banking data analysis file imaging and document retention. The specific responsibilities are further outlined below :

Client Service

• Actively participate with the Treasury Management Officer Treasury Management Development Specialist and Commercial Relationship Managers in deposit related business development activities to maintain existing customer relationships through application of Treasury Management Services.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with ensuring the successful onboarding of new client relationships and the expansion of existing client relationships.
• Support Treasury Management department through a phone queue; answer incoming customer questions surrounding Treasury Management services train customers on new Treasury Management services identify cross-sell opportunities for customers calling in and troubleshoot Treasury Management services.
• Reinforce the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow-through with involved clients and employees.
• Process account and treasury management documentation for treasury management clients including wire ACH Positive Pay and RDC agreements and establish each service on the Treasury Management platform.
• Serve as a secondary contact for the set-up of treasury management services on the various systems which would include the set-up of online banking ACH RDC e-statements and analysis products.
• Provide proficient technical support for electronic banking products such as Business Online Banking Bill Payment Positive Pay and other services.
