Entertainment & Advertising Manager
The Entertainment and Advertising Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment venues and all advertising efforts. This includes managing the pre-show requirements of advancing the entertainment acts, handling all day of show operations, ticket sales, performer requests, as well as all advertising for the property.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a background in event planning, marketing, or hospitality. They should be able to work well under pressure and have a creative mindset to bring new and innovative ideas to the table. Additionally, they should have knowledge of the entertainment industry and be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Must have overall knowledge of entertainment department experience with understanding entertainment contracts in order to be able to meet performer expectations, merchandising settlements and box office operations.
- Effectively track and monitor ticket sales in order to ensure maximum guest attendance. Will require working with outside ticket seat fillers.
- Responsible for all advertising including initiating job starters for all mediums (billboard, radio, print, social media), the approval process and making sure creative deadlines are met.
- Work with the social media team to strategize effective media postings.
- Managing of budgets and invoicing.
- Ensures that all on-property collateral is up to date.
- Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and be able to access all areas of the property.
- Other responsibilities to be determined by the Regional Director of Nevada Property Marketing.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Directly manages team of Usher / Host to include hire, train, coach, schedule, etc.Qualifications :
