A company is looking for a Senior Director, Engineering AI and User Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of user interfaces and experiences across digital products and platforms

Drive UI development strategy and establish best practices for UI components across platforms

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to enhance user experiences and usability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

15+ years of experience in software development or UI engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale UI platform development

Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders

Foundational AI skills and understanding of AI applications in design and user experience
