From after-school programs to summer camps and birthday parties, we bring science to life in the most entertaining ways possible. We’re a small business with a big reach, who works with over 100 schools and 20,000 kids per year.
Role Overview : We’re looking for a highly organized, energetic Operations Coordinator to help run the day-to-day logistics of our educational programs. You’ll be the operational glue—supporting staff, managing schedules, talking to clients, and taking a big role in ensuring every event runs smoothly. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team that cares about the work they do and the children they reach. This is an amazing opportunity for someone 1–5 years in the workforce to establish a career in operations and management, preferably with us!
Work Hours :
- September to Mid-June : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
- Late-June thru August : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily operations and program logisticsAssist with hiring, onboarding, managing, and supervising our team of 80+ summer camp counselors and 25+ after school instructors; in time become their primary point of contactCo-lead orientation and supports trainingAssist with scheduling of staff and manage client bookingsHelp ensure quality control across all programmingServe as a point of contact for schools, parents, and partnersQualifications :
