Civil Project Manager – Land Development (Western Region)

Metro Reference : Los Angeles–Long Beach–Anaheim, CA

Location : Inland Empire / San Bernardino County, CA

Salary : $115,000 – $140,000 + incentives

Why This Role : Take ownership of large residential and commercial land-development projects in high-growth California corridors outside LA.

Responsibilities :

Lead entitlement, grading, stormwater, and utility coordination.

Manage construction oversight, contractor bids, and change orders.

Collaborate with local jurisdictions for approvals.

Requirements :

7+ years land development experience in Southern California.

Civil engineering degree; PE preferred.
