Superintendent Of Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee Tenant Improvement (TI) projects within healthcare facilities across the DFW area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction, a deep understanding of infection control protocols, and a proven ability to manage fast-paced, occupied-site renovations with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities for healthcare TI projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and infection control measures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain daily logs, schedules, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, ADA, and healthcare-specific standards (e.g., ASHE, ICRA).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
