I opened my agency in December 2016, proudly carrying on a long family legacyI'm a third-generation State Farm agent, with nearly 80 years of State Farm history in our family between my fathers 40-year career and my grandfathers 30-plus years of service. After graduating from the University of NebraskaLincoln, I built this office around the small-business values that make State Farm special: offering great prices while still giving customers the personal connection of having an agent who truly cares.
Our team culture reflects that same heart. We look out for one another, celebrate each other, and make sure family always comes first. Lucy, our Great Dane and honorary team member, loves visiting the office and greeting everyone with her oversized enthusiasm.

Kyle Iske - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
