We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full-time in Joliet, IL (30 miles SW of Chicago). We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is driven to help others and is a team player with fantastic patient management and rehab skills. We have an excellent team in place with a dedicated administrative staff and therapy assistant.

Our office provides Acute and Chronic care, as well as Wellness, Pre / post-surgical care, and Sports rehabilitation to patients within the community of Joliet. Duties :

• Patient evaluations- Physical Exam, medical history, review pertinent records / imaging / reports
• Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
• Patient education re : care plans
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
• Supervise therapy assistants while they perform therapeutic exercises
• Staff management and Collaboration with the other providers and staff
• Community involvement and brand promotion. Social media posting a plus
• Documentation - timely and accurate
• Patient reexams / evaluations
