JSAS HealthCare, Inc is a non-profit outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) located in Neptune, NJ. JSAS HealthCare, Inc has been providing medication assisted treatment services to Monmouth and Ocean County residents since 1984.

Position Summary :

Position Summary :

The Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor for Women works as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment services necessary to support recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.

Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group counseling. Completes assessment of each patient using approved assessment tools. Develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Documentation of patient progress in electronic health record. Facilitates the transition / discharge process, including arrangements for follow-up services. Provides case management service. Communicates with DCP&P, attends meetings with DCP&P as needed, submits patient roster monthly.

Requirements :

Candidate must have BA / BS in behavioral health or related field and CADC, LCADC, LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW.
