Accountant

Description

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our team. This position is based out of our Manchester, NH office and offers a hybrid work opportunity, with three days per week working in the office and two days per week working remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the current Accounting team and will have a strong connection to our corporate values of Respect, Responsibility, Commitment and Quality.

As an Accountant you will :

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
• Issue invoices to clients
• Ensure company invoices and expenses are paid and debts are collected
• Manage expense reports
• Enter information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
• Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
• Maintain digital and physical project and company financial records
• Participate in annual audits
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Implement and enforce financial controls
