Inside Sales Manager

A company is looking for an Inside Small CL Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute sales call plans to drive new business flow

Educate agents on Small Commercial offerings and collaborate on business development

Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities for increased effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years of sales experience or equivalent job-related experience

Understanding of agency segmentation and relationship development

Knowledge of Hanover Small Commercial products and value proposition

Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
