AEP Data Services powers Experience Cloud by managing diverse data types for real-time customer profiles and AI experiences. We are expanding Data Services to include advanced capabilities such as unstructured data processing and signal extraction to enhance Adobe's AI and agentic features.
Meanwhile, Data Agents are transforming how practitioners and partners interact with data. These agents introduce conversational, reasoning-driven automation to intricate data engineering tasks, including finding schemas, improving semantics, automatically mapping fields, and optimizing datasets for personalization and analytics.
You will develop strategy and roadmap for AEP Data Services and Data Agents, partner with cross-functional teams and partners to improve data usability for Customer Experience Orchestration.

What You'll Do
- Guide the vision for AEP Data Services & Agents for Data : Define and direct the product strategy to unify data services and enable agent-powered data workflows within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Advance unstructured data capabilities : Build scalable systems to ingest, process, and semantically enrich unstructured and conversational data sources (e.g., documents, chat logs, support tickets, reviews).
- Unlock intelligence through signal extraction : Deliver data services and agents that identify and apply critical signalssuch as customer intent, sentiment, and behaviorfrom structured and unstructured sources.
- Accelerate synthetic data creation : Partner with Adobe Research and Engineering to enable secure, scalable synthetic data generation for model training and testing, ensuring high-quality and confidential data.
- Expand data partnerships : Strengthen Adobe's ecosystem by enabling native data sharing and partner integrations with hyperscalers, ISVs, and industry-specific platforms to broaden and enrich AEP's Knowledge Base.
- Develop the Agentic Data ecosystem : Shape the roadmap for Agents for Data, empowering customers and partners to build, personalize, and orchestrate data-centric agents with natural language and reasoning capabilities.
- Prioritize investments : Drive initiatives that deliver measurable customer value, align with business growth, and reinforce Adobe's market leadership.
- Lead and grow the PM team : Mentor and scale a high-performing group of product managers, fostering collaboration across engineering, research, design, and go-to-market functions.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or higher degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.10+ years of product management leadership experience, including scaling enterprise data platforms and leading PM teams.Deep expertise in data platforms, unstructured data processing, signal extraction, and synthetic data generation.Solid understanding of Generative AI and data / ML ecosystems, with experience in developing scalable extensible platforms.Proven track record of fostering ecosystem growth, enabling third-party integrations, and driving strategic data collaborations.Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps that balance long-term innovation with near-term execution, delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.Excellent collaboration and communication skills; adept at influencing engineering, research, product, and executive partners.Passion for turning enterprise data into actionable insights that power customer experiences.Location Requirement : San Jose HQ 2-3 days a week in office
