Biomatrix Specialty Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a dependable 1099 Driver/Courier to support weekend evening medication deliveries for our Las Vegas location. This role is ideal for a professional, detail-oriented driver who values reliability, discretion, and patient-focused service.
Schedule
Part-Time, evening weekends, 6:00 pm-10:00 pm PST, approximately 5-10 deliveries per shift. Paid $10 per delivery.

Qualification Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
Ability to complete multiple time-sensitive deliveries efficiently
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Prior courier, medical delivery, or pharmacy delivery experience preferred
Ability to work independently during evening hours
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Safely and timely deliver specialty infusion medications to patients' homes
Maintain medication integrity, including proper handling and temperature control
Follow delivery schedules and documentation requirements accurately
Provide professional, courteous interaction with patients and caregivers
Adhere to HIPAA and company safety standards at all times
Non-Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Ability to adapt to occasional route or schedule adjustments as operational needs change
Willingness to assist with additional deliveries during peak volume periods, when available
Ability to prioritize multiple delivery stops efficiently
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor while representing the organization
Participate in orientation or periodic updates related to delivery procedures and safety expectations
Promptly report vehicle issues, delivery delays, or incidents to the appropriate contact
Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on delivery routes or processes
Maintain personal organization of delivery documentation and records
Flexibility to work additional shifts or extended hours on an as-needed basis, subject to availability
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
Working knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and delivery routes within the Las Vegas metro area
Ability to follow delivery instructions, schedules, and time-sensitive requirements
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete deliveries
Ability to safely transport temperature-sensitive medications and follow handling guidelines
Basic proficiency using smartphones, GPS applications, and delivery tracking tools
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and pharmacy staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to changing delivery priorities or routes as needed
Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and professionalism
Ability to exercise sound judgment when addressing delivery issues or delays
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position requires constant standing with occasional sitting, walking, kneeling or stooping.
This position requires the use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects and the ability to reach with hands and arms.
This position requires constant talking and hearing.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
This position must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Required to move/lift physical hardware.
