Pay Rate : $73.39 per hour

Job Summary :

The IT Systems Engineer will support and optimize endpoint management ecosystem, ensuring reliable and secure operation of macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS devices. This role focuses on automation, efficiency, and scalability in managing IT systems at enterprise scale. The engineer will leverage scripting, API integrations, and MDM tools to streamline workflows and enhance user productivity across the corporate IT environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide architectural, engineering, and operational support for corporate IT endpoints.

Manage and optimize MDM platforms, including JAMF , NinjaOne , Workspace One , and Google Workspace MDM .

Develop scripts, packages, and configuration profiles to automate endpoint operations .

Support IT and Security teams by automating repetitive tasks using Python , Bash , and REST APIs.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with vendors to implement service improvements and resolve complex issues.

Serve as a mentor within the IT team and a key contributor to technical problem-solving.

Manage and support corporate IT systems such as Okta , Google Workspace , and Slack as needed.

Required Experience :

5+ years of experience managing client endpoints at scale.

Domain expertise with JAMF , NinjaOne , Workspace One , and Google Workspace .

Proven scripting experience in Python and Bash .

Familiarity with REST APIs and automation frameworks.

Experience working in Linux environments.

Strong documentation and project management skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting abilities.

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Integrating multiple IT systems using REST APIs.

Monitoring systems using Datadog .

Working with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

Required Skills :

Endpoint management (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS)

Automation and scripting (Python, Bash)

MDM configuration and deployment (JAMF, Workspace One, NinjaOne)
