Make a Splash with Diverse Project Leadership :

Spearhead a range of water resource projects : From hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to flood hazard mitigation, FEMA studies, and river restoration, you'll guide diverse projects that shape the landscape.

Harness your technical prowess : Put your knowledge of FLO-2D, 1D / 2D modeling, floodplain mapping, and hydraulic design to work, ensuring project success.

Mentor and empower your team : Foster a collaborative environment where your expertise nurtures the growth of your talented staff.

Beyond the Technical : Client Focus and Business Acumen :

Cultivate client relationships : Develop winning proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional client service, solidifying our reputation as a trusted partner.

Business savvy with a technical edge : Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources with strategic foresight, driving profitable outcomes.

Marketing and business development : Contribute to proactive expansion efforts, identifying new opportunities and securing exciting projects.

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and AZ Professional Engineer's license.

Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) preferred (ability to obtain within 6 months acceptable).

Proven track record of client service, marketing, and business development success.

Strong planning, organization, and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
