A company is looking for a Web Developer / Help Center Redesign - Temp (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end redesign and development of the Help Center, focusing on user experience and functionality
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into a clear technical and design plan
Build a responsive, mobile-friendly interface within the Zendesk platform and ensure scalability for maintenance
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a web developer
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience customizing and building themes within Zendesk Guide
Familiarity with API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
