Overview :

As a Sales Professional, you play a critical role in ensuring every client receives an exceptional

experience.You willdevelop relationships with clients,process transactions, answer questions,merchandiseproduct,keep the store neat and tidy,and ensureeveryclientleavesfeeling positive about their visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Deliver exceptionalclient

experiencebyestablishingarelationshipwithclients,finding out why they are in the store,

and

meeting their wants and needs through the showing and saleof our products and services

  • Personally developproduct
  • knowledge baseby attending company-held trainings and education

  • Clienteledaily todevelop continuous communicationand rapportwithin client relationship
  • Contribute to a positive team mentalitythrough personal and professional mindset and performance
  • Accuratelyand honestlyhandle cash and credit cardtransactions
  • Effectivelyutilizeproprietary point-of-sale systemwithout oversight
  • Ensure stores safetyby followingpropersecuritystandards
  • Clean workspace daily; ensure thatall locations in the storeareneat and tidy
  • Assistin the facilitation of outside eventsby inviting andcommunicatingwith personal client base
  • Arriveatthe store within scheduledtimeframe; stay to completion of scheduled workday
  • Assistwith other duties as assigned and delegated
  • Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of luxury sales,specificallyluxury watches and jewelry preferred.
  • Mustdemonstratea passion for mechanical luxury watches.

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Swiss watch brands.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter.
  • Strong written, verbal, and quantitative / analytical skills.
  • Strong technical skills orthe abilityto quickly learn technical concepts.
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time. Team player.

  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful : work independently,donttake "no" for an answer.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Detail oriented isa must! You have a sharp eye and are meticulous about thesmall details
  • Strong organizational skillsYouare abletojugglemultiple tasks within the constraints of tight timelines. You have strong time management skills and know how to prioritize
  • Youreproactive, flexible in adapting to evolving priorities and projects
