• \tLead acquisition and recruitment of digital / ecommerce agencies and systems integrators into the Mailchimp partner program
• \tSell to partners, not end customers – focus is on winning the partner and signing them up
• \tExecute a defined sales methodology from first meeting to sign-up
• \tHandoff signed partners to development manager for onboarding
• \tInfluence platform and contribute to AI testing framework (e.g., RAGAS, DeepEval)
• \tNo mass outreach – outreach agency handles initial meeting setup
• \tRole carved out from BDM to focus on partner recruiting motion

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in partner recruitment, channel development, business development, or agency relations.

Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software ecosystems.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience with CRM, partner management, outreach, and other AI driven sales tools.

Highly organized with excellent follow-through.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56.82 - $56.82 / hr.
